Online Exam System is a complete solution for conducting any online exam or assessment for the students. It is flexible enough to set any number of questions, any time duration, any number of set of question. It is automated to generate the result immediately after finishing the exam. It maintans the time strictly and the moment the time is over, it generates the result automatically, save in database and close the system. It shows the result in number and graphical representation as well.
Exam Process
It has been designed for conducting exams at different levels. It has basically 2 categories of users 1) Administrator 2) Student.
Tasks of Admin
Admin user can be a teacher of an institute or can be an administrator of a corporate organization who will set up the question and administer the exam.
Common tasks of Admin user are:
- Register the institution with his valid email id.
- Enter email id & password of the candidates who will sit for the exam.
- Pay the exam fee.
- Setup adequate questions.
- Setup the duration of the exam.
- Inform the credentials(email & password) to candidates.
Tasks of Students/Candidate
Students/Candidates are those who will sit for the exam. Their common tasks are:
- Login with the credentials given by admin user.
- Select the exam name set by the admin.
- Attend the exam.
- Get the result.
